Here is a prayer that I wrote for those times where I just need Peace. If you find yourself needing peace, I encourage you to say this prayer and use this as a guide to pray for peace from our great God! Bless you~
“Heavenly Father, please wash me with your peace right now. From your perspective there is nothing to fear. Please let me see things through your eyes. Your word says, in Isaiah 26:3, “You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.” Lord, I trust you. Help me in my unbelief. Show me how powerful and amazing you are. Lift my eyes to see that you fear nothing and no one. There is nothing facing me that can stand against you. Soothe my spirit Oh, God. I don’t want to be pushed around by my emotions and I don’t want the enemy to have a foothold in my life. Bring down a cloud of peace in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ.”
